Lobby and Common Corridor Renovations – Lincoln Park

FSPM was engaged to best represent the board on a full 34-floor common corridor, main lobby, and fitness center renovation. FSPM managed the complete scope including demolition, carpentry, drywall, painting, doors, frames, hardware, glazing, electric, site maintenance and protection, flooring, plumbing, and millwork. FSPM worked with the architects and engineers to ensure the project was completed within the established schedule and budget. Work included:

• Demolition, including installing work area signage and pedestrian traffic control measures
• Coordination of resident unit entry
• Removal/replacement of all flooring & trim
• Scrape and resurface ceilings
• Painting walls, doors, & installation of wall covering
• Security & safety coordination
• Environmental control measuring- HEPA filter air scrubber utilized to control airborne construction debris
• Project closeout

With cost savings generated by the project management team, the additional scope was added to this project while still finishing within the $1,500,000 budget.
