FirstService Project Management was engaged by FirstService Residential and the Board at 212 W. Washington to manage this façade renovation project which included the following scope of work:
• Set Up Proper Canopies at All Pedestrian-Accessible Areas
• Remove and Replace Sealant Around All Punched Openings
• Power Wash Existing Pavers on All 182 Balconies
• Strip, Prep and Paint All 182 Unit Balconies
All the above work was done from swing stages, with no unit entry required.
With cost savings generated by FSPM, $125,700 was returned to the Association.
