Laundry Room Renovation – Wrigleyville

FirstService Project Management was engaged by FirstService Residential and the Condo Association to manage this laundry room renovation project which included the following scope of work:

• Disconnecting/reconnecting the water heater
• Bringing pipe/drainage up to city code
• Bringing electric up to code
• Drywall prep/installation
• Concrete patching

FSPM’s Construction Management services provided the following:

• FSPM reviewed expected scope of work throughout the duration of the project.
• FSPM provided onsite oversight.
• FSPM produced daily reports for any onsite visits.
• At the request of the BOD, FSPM reviewed requests for payment from contractors to ensure that contractor(s) are only paid for work completed.
• FSPM reviewed work as it was completed to ensure that it has been completed as proposed.
• FSPM provided a report of hours and consolidated daily reports in a weekly update email to the BOD.
