Façade Renovation – Loop

This project, from the pre-construction meetings to the final product, was run professionally and seamlessly. Zach, Scott and Shane worked very well as a team and were very attentive to the needs of the building and the residents. A project of this magnitude had the potential for extreme negative impact in many arenas but due to the professional, diligent efforts of FSPM and the team they assembled that did not occur. I highly recommend FSPM to manage any and all projects. FSPM provided Class A project management .

FirstService Project Management was engaged by FirstService Residential and the Board at Loop high-rise to manage this façade renovation project which included the following scope of work:

  • Set up proper canopies at all pedestrian-accessible areas
  • Remove and replace sealant around all punched openings
  • Power wash existing pavers on all 182 balconies
  • Strip, prep and paint all 182 unit balconies

All the above work was done from swing stages, with no unit entry required.
With cost savings generated by FSPM, $125,700 was returned to the Association.
